This week's rare earth market trend saw a increase in the prices of PrNd metal,Tb metal,Nd metal and DyFe alloy.According to Asian Metal's weekend data, the prices are as follows: PrNd metal 532-535RMB/KG; Nd metal 542-547RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 1590-1610 RMB/KG; Tb metal 8850-8950 RMB/KG.

本周（5月12日-5月16日）稀土价格震荡向好，政策变化是影响本周稀土市场的主要因素，当前稀土出口通道仍不稳定，下游采购活跃度不高，观望情绪仍占据主导。

This week (May 12th - May 16th), the price of rare earths fluctuated but improved. Policy changes were the main factor affecting the rare earth market this week. Currently, the export of rare earths remain unstable, the downstream purchasing activity is not high, and the wait-and-see sentiment still dominates.

 5月12日，中美联合发布《中美日内瓦经贸会谈联合声明》。据商务部介绍，此次会谈，中美双方进行了坦诚、深入、具有建设性的沟通，会谈取得实质性进展，大幅降低双边关税水平。尽管双方还有更多细节仍待商定，但也为市场释放积极信号。目前对部分中重稀土相关物项实施出口管制仍未解除，即对钐、钆、铽、镝、镥、钪、钇等7类中重稀土相关物项的出口管制。受此影响，稀土金属、稀土磁材企业的出口业务大幅缩减，产业链条相关产品贸易流动滞塞，部分稀土企业运营遭遇危机。

As a result, the export business of rare earth metal and rare earth magnetic material enterprises has significantly shrunk, the trade flow of related products in the industrial chain has been blocked, and some rare earth enterprises have encountered operational crises.
