In the rare earth market this week, the price of PrNd，Nd metal，Tb metal and DyFe declined slightly. The prices of Asian metal performed at the weekend: PrNd metal 526-529 RMB/KG; Nd metal 537-542 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 1,570-1,590 RMB /KG; Tb metal 8,750-8,850 RMB /KG.

本周（5月19日-5月23日）稀土市场主流价格平稳回调，基于上周涨幅较大，形成冲高回落、平稳调整的走势。影响价格的主要因素在于当前国际形势尚不明确，下游订单量增量不明显；企业观望情绪较浓，导致部分订单延期；市场原料供应量充足，上周补货积极，本周成交量价小幅下滑。

This week (May 19th - May 23rd), the mainstream prices in the rare earth market have stabilized, forming a trend of surging then falling back, followed by stable adjustment, due to the significant price increases last week. The main factors affecting prices are as follows: the current international situation remains unclear, leading to no obvious increase in downstream order volumes; enterprises are adopting a wait-and-see attitude, causing some orders’ delay; the market's raw material supply is sufficient, with active restocking last week, resulting in a slight decline in transaction volume and prices this week.

中重稀土出口政策强化了中重稀土的战略属性，也加剧了国际市场的恐慌性采购。欧洲市场氧化镝价格飙升至850美元/公斤，铽价突破3000美元/公斤，但国内分离厂受限于出口配额和走私打击，实际成交量有限。尽管整体需求疲软，但终端钕铁硼出现分化。高端磁材领域二季度风电将进入采购增长期，叠加新能源汽车产销量增长，大型钕铁硼生产企业仍保持韧性。部分企业因获得出口许可，欧洲市场订单增长显著，带动金属厂对高性能稀土金属的采购。然而，中小型磁材企业因缺乏长协订单，采购更为零散，进一步加剧市场僵持。（包头稀土产品交易所）

The export policy of medium and heavy rare earths has strengthened their strategic attributes and intensified panic buying in the international market. The price of Dy oxide in the European market soared to 850 US dollars/KG, and the price of Tb exceeded 3,000 US dollars/KG. However, the actual transaction volume of the separation plant is limited due to export quotas and crackdowns on smuggling. Despite weak overall demand, terminal NdFeB has shown differentiation. In the high-end magnetic materials sector, wind power procurement will enter a growth period in the second quarter. Coupled with the growth in production and sales of new energy vehicles, large NdFeB manufacturers still maintain resilience. Some enterprises have significantly increased orders in the European market due to obtaining export licenses, driving metal plants to purchase high-performance rare earth metals. However, small and medium-sized magnetic materials enterprises have more fragmented procurement due to the lack of long-term agreement orders, further intensifying market stalemate.
