本周镨钕金属继续上行，镝铁和铽微降。亚洲金属网周末价格: 镨钕金属价格639-642元/KG；金属钕价格657-662元/KG；镝铁合金价格1560-1580元/KG；金属铽价格8700-8800元/KG。

This week, it has a continuous increase in price of PrNd metal, while a slight decrease of DyFe and Tb. Asia Metal weekend prices: PrNd metal price is 639-642 RMB/KG, Nd metal is 657-662 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy is 1,560-1,580 RMB/KG and Tb metal is 8,700-8,800 RMB/KG. 

2.    业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

本周受第二批指令性计划增加的传闻影响，市场信心受挫，镨钕氧化物从周初的53万元/吨快速下调至51.5万元/吨，与金属价格消除倒挂现象。下游询价、采购谨慎，市场成交活跃度降低。

This week, the market confidence was undermined by rumors of the second batch of mandatory plans being increased. The price of PrNd oxide dropped rapidly from 530,000RMB per ton at the beginning of the week to 515,000RMB per ton, eliminating the inversion with the metal price. Downstream inquiries and purchases were cautious, and the market transaction activity decreased.

中重稀土方面，镝铁、铽受下游采购需求弱以及贸易出货影响，价格持续走弱。

In terms of medium and heavy rare earths, the prices of Dy iron and Tb have continued to weaken due to weak downstream purchasing demand and trade shipments.

消息面方面，美国国防部战略资本办公室宣部向MP发放首笔1.5亿美元直接贷款，用于增加稀土分离能力。此举表明美国稀土“去中国化“加速”；经济与国防一体化；产业回流趋势加强。

In terms of news, the Strategic Capital Office of the US Department of Defense announced that it would provide the first direct loan of 150 million US dollars to MP to increase its rare earth separation capacity. This move indicates that the US is accelerating its "de-China" strategy for rare earths; the integration of economy and defense is strengthening; and the trend of industrial return is intensifying.
